💛 Vessi Cosmetics Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and ship directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, or ordering the wrong product.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll send a replacement or process a refund right away.

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.
After this time, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as Delivered, Vessi Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please check with:

  • Your neighbors

  • Your local post office

  • The courier service

We will still do our best to help you locate the package.
